Roland began his singing career at the age of five. He has dedicated his life to the service of the Lord.
Roland attended seminary in Ohio until he moved to Cincinnati to become the Youth Director in a small church. In addition to serving as a Youth Director, his service for the Lord includes teaching Adult and Student Sunday School classes, providing special Music, Choir, Bus Ministry and Praise and Worship team member.
His ministry career includes singing with the Messengers Quartet and the Gospel Reporters in Cincinnati, OH for a short time professionally with the Wildwood Quartet in Missouri (an evangelistic team), the Harmonaires and a band he started called Liberated, which was signed with Jordan River Music, in Indianapolis.
Roland’s other musical interests include writing most of the music he performs, playing the guitar and at one time had an active solo career.
Roland’s varied musical background and musical style allows him to “be at home” in nearly any worship setting. Through years of experience and following the leadership of the Holy Spirit he has learned to adjust the style he performs to better fit each situation.
